Mission Statement

A Cat and Dogs Friend rescue is an all volunteer organization whose mission is to rescue abandoned cats and dogs from under-resourced communities throughout the East Coast and we are dedicated to helping them find their forever homes! We are a small but mighty foster-based rescue in Northern VA.
