TO CULTIVATE AND FOSTER MENTORING RELATIONSHIPS TO YOUNG ADULTS FROM UNDER RESOURCED COMMUNITIES. WITH THE SUPPORT OF IN-PERSON, ONE-TO-ONE MENTORING AND GROUP COHORT MEETINGS, YOUNG PEOPLE CAN PERSERVERE AND ACHIEVE THEIR POST SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL, CAREER AND PERSONAL ASPIRATIONS.
