ABCD Low Cost Housing Inc aids in the acquisition, improvement (through rehabilitation, new construction or otherwise) and making available (through ownership, acquisition, turnkey development or otherwise) at the lowest possible cost to persons and families of low income of every race, religion and nationality , of decent, safe and sanitary housing in the Boston area to stimulate, by example or otherwise, the construction, renovation or improvement of properties in the Boston area and generally to promote neighborhood improvement for the benefit of persons of limited means who desire to live and raise their families and to enjoy safe, sanitary and attractive homes in Boston and Massachusetts.
