Mission Statement

At our school, we pride ourselves on inclusivity, working together to meet all students needs. By focusing on small group instruction, we have found ways to help all students in the classroom thrive. With both lead and co-teachers, we provide the individual attention needed to lift up all students. Our teachers are warm, bright and friendly, with a vision for teamwork across grade levels. With cooperative planning and mutual support, we utilize the strengths of each teacher to provide a lasting example of leadership for our children. By providing strong mentorship, we build leaders for tomorrow, harnessing the confidence and independence for academic and personal growth.Academic Leadership Charter School offers a rigorous curriculum that satisfies all New York State Standards, including an extended day which provides our students with four periods of literacy daily. We believe that having a strong foundation in reading and writing, as well as a well-rounded vocabulary, is the key to ac
