Mission Statement

Our mission to foster diversity equity and inclusion in the IP profession comprises three main pillars: 1 creating opportunities for mentorship and outreach; 2 improving the accessibility of existing DEI programs and educating employers about DEI in the profession; and 3 studying the current state of diversity equity and inclusion practices and employment conditions for historically underrepresented groups in the profession using machine learning and other AI tools.
