PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEER SUPPORT AND EDUCATION FOR THOSE TOUCHED BY ADOPTION, KINSHIP, AND FOSTER CARE AND THE PROFESSIONALS WHO SERVE THEM; 3.
