TO ADMINISTER,NEGOTIATE OR OTHERWISE ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN, ON BEHALF OF MEMBER EMPLOYERS AND NON-MEMBER CONTRIBUTING EMPLOYERS THE REQUIREMENTS, OBLIGATIONS AND DUTIES THAT ARE COLLECTIVELY REQUIRED OF ALL EMPLOYERS UNDER THE ALL ALASKA LONGSHORE AGREEMENT.
