TO PROMOTE GOODWILL BETWEEN THE PUBLIC AND THE LAW ENFORCEMENT COMMUNITY THROUGH EDUCATION AND DONATIONS, PROVIDE TRAINING/INFORMATION TO LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL,AND PROVIDE COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT STUDENTS.
