ALCORN INC'S MISSION IS TO PROMOTE SOCIAL WELFARE WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(4) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED. ALCORN INC ACCOMPLISHES ITS MISSION THROUGH GRANTS TO OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND MAY ALSO ENGAGE IN DIRECT EXPENDITURES IN FURTHERANCE OF ITS MISSION.
