Mission Statement

TO PROMOTE HEALTH, PREVENT DISEASE AND TO PROVIDE SKILLED NURSING CARE AND HEALTH GUIDANCE TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES AND PROVIDE HEALTH CARE FOR PEOPLE DYING OF AN INCURABLE ILLNESS WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE, CREED OR ABILITY TO PAY. THE AGENCY SHALL ALSO ASSIST IN DEVELOPING COOPERATIVE PROGRAMS WITH OTHER HEALTH AND WELFARE AGENCIES IN THE COMMUNITY.
