Mission Statement

Alliance for Fuel Options, Reliability and Diversity (AFFORD), a public power alliance, consists of 5 public power utilities that collectively seek to provide input into the debate on global climate change and to work within the legislative framework to craft a rational and economically viable federal policy on addressing climate change.
