TO ESTABLISH A MULTI-USE, MULTI-DISCIPLINARY ARTIST COLONY THAT WILL PROVIDE ARTISTS AND ARTS ORGANIZATIONS WITH THE OPPORTUNITIES TO IMMERSE THEMSELVES FULLY IN THEIR WORK WHERE THEY CAN CREATE NEW WORK, FOSTER NEW IDEAS AND COLLABORATE ACROSS DISCIPLINES AND ARTISTRY IN AN INSPIRING ENVIRONMENT THAT IS INSULATED FROM MARKET PRESSURES.
