Form 990-EZ, Part III, Primary Exempt Purpose: The primary purpose of Alpha Delta Corp of Flint(AD) is owning and maintaining the Phi Delta Theta Michigan Delta Chapter(PDT) of Kettering University in Flint, Michigan. AD also takes an active role in various activities and other functions of PDT, including attending virtual and in-person Housing Board (Alpha Delta Board) meetings, any required PDT new officer and mid-year training, participation in the Chapter's philanthropy events, participation in Works Weekend (weekend dedicated to housing projects), dinners and other less formal events. The interactions and fellowship among members of AD and the members of the PDT aid in fulfilling another purpose for which AD was formed, i.e., the promotion and fostering of the principles and ideals of the Fraternity and its social activities. These activities will take approximately 10% of AD's time. These activities will be conducted by the members of Alpha Delta Corp of Flint (AD).
