APBF's mission is to promote educational opportunities leadership development and career readiness. Providing supporting scholarships and mentoring for African American male students from schools in the Hartford region. Sponsor programs that supplement classroom instruction. The prior year was a year of organizing. We incorporated held organizing meetings and obtained 501c3 designation.
