TO ORGANIZE, EQUIP, INSTRUCT AND SUPERVISE THE PLAYING OF YOUTH BASEBALL AND TO CONDUCT ITS ACTIVIITES THAT PROMOTES THE PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND MORAL WELL-BEING OF PARTICIPATING CHILDREN AND YOUTH.
