IN SHORT, TO CREATE TAXPAYERS.WE CREATE TAXPAYERS BY SERVING PEOPLE WHO ARE AFFLICTED WITH CHEMICAL DEPENDENCIES; THOSE WHO ARE HOMELESS; AND THOSE UNPREPARED TO MAKE A SUCCESSFUL TRANSITION TO THE WORLD OF WORK AND GOOD CITIZENSHIP, RESPONSIBILITY, AND COMMUNITY REINTEGRATION.
