TO ENGAGE IN SUCH LEGISLATIVE, POLITICAL, EDUCATIONAL, CULTURAL, SOCIAL AND WELFARE ACTIVITIES AS WILL FURTHER THE INTERESTS AND WELFARE OF THE MEMBERSHIP.
