FORM 990, PART III, LINE 1, DESCRIPTION OF ORGANIZATION MISSION: INVOLVEMENT. THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL'S CENTRAL MISSION IS TO ARTICULATE THE CONCERNS OF LOCAL JEWISH COMMUNITIES, INTERNATIONALLY, TO THE UNITED STATES CONGRESS AND EXECUTIVE BRANCH AND TO POLITICAL LEADERS AROUND THE GLOBE WITH WHOM WE HAVE BUILT STRONG BONDS OF FRIENDSHIP AND TRUST.
