THE ORGANIZATION IS A DEMOCRATIC STRUCTURE THAT IMPROVES THE PROFESSIONAL, ECONIMIC AND PERSONAL LIVES OF THE MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES, WHILE STRENGTHENS THE ORGANIZATIONS WORKPLACE AND FURTHERS THE CAUSE OF SOCIAL JUSTICE THROUGH THE TRADE UNION MOVEMENT.
