TO IMPROVE THE HACKNEY BREED AND PROMOTE THE BREEDING OF QUALITY HACKEY HORSES AND PONIES, TO FURTHER THE INTEREST IN THE HACKNEY BREED, ENCOURAGE THE BREEDEDS TO REGISTER THEIR HACKNEY HORSES AND PONIES, AND ENCOURAGE EXHIBITORS TO SUPPORT HORSE SHOWS BY SHOWING THEIR HORSES AND PONIES.
