Mission Statement

THIS IS A NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION WITH A 55 UNIT APARTMENT PROJECT FOR THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED WITH VERY LOW INCOME. IT IS OPERATED UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT OF 1959 AND REGULATED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
