THESE CHILDREN HAVE SPECIAL HEALTH CARE NEEDS AND ARE REFERRED TO AS MEDICALLY FRAGILE, CHRONICALLY ILL OR LIVING WITH A LIFE THREATENING ILLNESS ANGELA'S HOUSE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS OUR "EVERYDAY WISHES PROGRAM" WHICH ASSIST FAMILIES PAYING FOR MEDICAL SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES AND RESOURCES THAT CANNOT BE FUNDED THROUGH OTHER MEANS.
