WE DO THIS BY EMPOWERING YOUNG LEADERS IN NORTH MINNEAPOLIS IN A HOLISTIC NEIGHBORHOOD ENVIRONMENT WHERE A SENSE OF BELONGING IS CREATED, AND NEIGHBORHOOD STABILITY IS DESIRED. YOUTH GET MENTORED BY CARING ADULTS AND PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES IN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT FOSTERS TRUST AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO MOVE TOWARDS LEADERSHIP.
