Mission Statement

AMAF IS PUTTING AN EMPHASIS ON THE CORRELATION BETWEEN PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY BEING INTRODUCED AT A YOUNG AGE PROMOTES A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, BUILDS RESILIENCE, TEACHES PERSEVERACE, AND ESTABLISHES A SENSE OF PURPOSE TO THOSE INVOLVED. THROUGH BOTH PHYSICAL FITNESS TRAINING AND SELF-DEFENCE INSTRUCTION, WE ARE WORKING TO BUILD A HAPPIER, MORE CONFIDENCE COMMUNITY.
