Mission Statement

To carry out educational and charitable activities via radio, print, video and online; to establish, build, maintain and operate a volunteer-based, noncommercial, community broadcast radio station in the town of Brookfield, Massachusetts, in compliance with Federal Communications Commission regulations and Massachusetts General Law; to develop, produce and broadcast a variety of educational, cultural and public service programs for the benefit of Brookfield and surrounding communities; to make broadcast air time available and to offer education and resources to residents of Brookfield and the general public in and for the production of and dissemination of community-based media; to provide residents of Brookfield and the surrounding communities with information and instructions from local public safety agencies in the event of emergencies or disasters; and to use its assets to promote community education, cohesion, partnership and development.
