PROVIDE A SAFE AND SECURE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDREN AGES SIX WEEKS TO TWELVE YEARS WHILE FOSTERING THEIR EMOTIONAL, SOCIAL, PHYSICAL, AND INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENT THROUGH PLAN AND HANDS ON ACTIVITIES.
