Mission Statement

ACTC IS A COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS PROGRAM DESIGNED AS A COST EFFECTIVE, PROGRESSIVE, INNOVATIVE ALTERNATIVE TO OTHER SENTENCING OPTIONS TO DEAL WITH MALE FELONY OFFENDERS. A PRIMARY GOAL OF THE PROGRAM IS PROTECTION OF THE COMMUNITY. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY WORKING IN CONJUNCTION WITH LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES, DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS AND ARAPAHOE COUNTY PROBATION DEPARTMENT, AS WELL AS PROVIDING 24 HOUR SUPERVISION AND MONITORING OF ALL INDIVIDUALS IN THE PROGRAM. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES MOTIVATION AND INCENTIVES TO FORMER OFFENDERS TO LEAD MORE PRO-SOCIAL, LEGAL AND RESPONSIBLE LIFESTYLES WITHIN THE COMMUNITY.
