THE ORGANIZATION SERVES INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WHO ARE IN NEED OF IMPROVING THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE OR WITH CO-OCCURRING SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND MENTAL ILLNESS. CLIENTS ARE SERVED IN A CLUBHOUSE MILIEU WITH MEDICATION MANAGEMENT, CASE MANAGEMENT, PSYCHOSOCIAL REHABILITATION, INDIVIDUAL THERAPY, SUPPORTED HOUSING, RESIDENTIAL SERVICES AT SEVERAL LEVELS, AND SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SERVICES.
