Mission Statement

THE ARKANSAS FIREFIGHTER MUSEUM AND FIRE EDUCATION CENTER is dedicated to preserving Fire Station 9, and to discovering and sharing information about Little Rock Fire Department and Fire History across the State of Arkansas. The stories and photographs of individuals, families and events associated with the Arkansas Fire Service are interpreted in the Museum's collections, programs and The Fire Education Center is designed to teach fire safety programs to the public to prevent loss of life from the results of fire, mainly to children.
