Mission Statement

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO MAINTAIN THE CHARACTER OF THIS SMALL COMMUNITY (SIXTEEN MEMBERS) AND PROTECT AGAINST POTENTIALLY DAMAGING INFLUENCE TO SUCH PROPERTY BY MAINTAINING RULES AND REGULATIONS AS TO PERMISSIBLE USES THEREOF AND ACTIVITIES THEREON.
