Mission Statement

The goal of Arroyo Grande Water Polo Club is to create community driven resource that supports the sustainable growth of water polo in the County of San Luis Obispo. The club is run by a cooperative board of parents and swimming and water polo coaches from local clubs, high schools and colleges here in the County of San Luis Obispo. The clubs activities are run by coaches who are current and former high school and college water polo athletes and coaches. The club holds weekly practices at Arroyo Grande High School and Nipomo High School in the cities of Arroyo Grande and Nipomo. The club also hosts open tournament competitions for youths between the ages of six and 18. Arroyo Grande Water Polo Club strives to teach the fundamental skills and tactics needed to be successful in the game of water polo and the community.
