TO PROVIDE ART EDUCATION TO ADULTS AND CHILDREN AND TO PROMOTE LIFE LONG LEARNING TO PROVIDE ARTISTS AN OPPORTUNITY TO EARN ADDITIONAL INCOME AND ADVANCE THE APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS LOCALLY. TO ENCOURAGE CREATIVITY, INNOVATION, AND SKILLS DEVELOPOMENT AT ALL AGES.
