The mission of the Arts Center is to provide education and exposure to the arts to the entire community by providing a physical space and classes that teach and inspire creativity Our goals are to --make arts education and instruction accessible to all in Harper County --provide a safe empowering place for students of all ages abilities to explore their creativity through the arts and focus on the process of creating --connect people by providing arts events that cultivate a love for creativity and build community --bring further value to Harper County through cultural enrichment and a program that would be considered an asset for families currently living here and those considering moving into the area The primaryservices of the The Arts Center include the school visual art program visiting local elementary schools and providing visual arts programming childrens creative programming community theatre and arts enrichment classes and adult arts programming
