Mission Statement

a. The activities of the organization include the following:1. Providing employment, career development and training services and workshops for persons with disadvantaged conditions because of race, background or verbal disabilities with particular emphasis on the Asian American community in Southern California (30%);2. Providing exchange student and intern and scholarship programs to assist in better understanding of cultures and persons from high school to college and post doctoral phases (30%);3. Conducting professional public discussion groups, lectures and workshop, publishing public interest or scientific materials, publishing educational newsletters, pamphlets, books or other material; Presenting seminars for technical exchange; Application of government financial assistance; Individual consultation, business mentoring program, etc. (20%);4. Aiding the Southern California Asian American community, exchanging information about resource, knowledge networks and centers of expertise
