THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO CREATE A RESILIENT ASSINIBOINE RIVER BASIN WHERE ALL RESIDENTS CAN ADAPT TO CHANGE AND ACHIEVE ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL, AND ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY THROUGH COLLABORATIVE ACTIONS ACROSS THE BASIN.
