TO BE AN ASSOCIATION OF CONTRACTORS AND RELATED BUSINESSES COMMITTED TO PROMOTING THE BALANCED INTERESTS OF ITS MEMBERS AND ADVOCATING THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF QUALITY, PROFESSIONALISM, SAFETY, AND ETHICS. THIS IS ACHIEVED THROUGH THE PROVIDING OF TRAINING, THE DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION, AND ACTING AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE STATE LEVEL.
