ACI ACHIEVES THIS BY PROVIDING GRANTS AND LOANS THAT ARE INTEREST-FREE OR BEAR BELOW-MARKET INTEREST RATES TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT FOSTER AND FACILITATE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS. ACI ALSO OWNS AND MAINTAINS REAL PROPERTY FACILITIES IN ITALY AND ISRAEL. THOSE FACILITIES ARE MADE AVAILABLE RENT-FREE TO EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS OPERATED BY NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. ACI ALSO OWNS AND OPERATES THE SAXUM CENTER IN ISRAEL WHICH OFFER WORKSHOPS, CONFERENCES AND SPIRITUAL RETREATS; AS WELL AS A VISITOR CENTER PROVIDING ORIENTATION FOR PILGIRMS TO THE HOLY LAND.
