SUPPORTING THE MISSION ARE THREE CORE FOCUS AREAS: (1)TO BE AN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE FOR CITY LEADERS (2) TO BE A CATALYST FOR REGIONAL COLLABORATION AND (3) TO BE THE HUB FOR GOOD PUBLIC POLICY.
