THE FOUNDATION SHALL HAVE AS ITS PURPOSE THE FURTHERANCE OF THE MISSION OF THE ASSOCIATION OF VA SURGEONS TO PROMOTE EXCELLENCE IN RESEARCH AMONG VA SURGEONS AND THEIR TRAINEES.
