To foster, train, support and develop Olympic caliber female runners; to educate and inspire young athletes, in particular girls, to learn about running and how to use running and movement in a healthy and lasting way as part of their personal development; and to instruct and educate individuals of all ages and abilities on running through coaching and guided training activities.
