THE ATLANTA FULTON PUBLIC LIBRARY FOUNDATIONS MISSION IS TO ADVOCATE FOR, PARTNER WITH, AND INVEST IN THE FULTON COUNTY LIBRARY SYSTEM.THE LIBRARY FOUNDATION IS DEDICATED TO STRENGTHENING THE IMPACT OF OUR LIBRARIES BY SECURING VITAL FUNDING TO EXPAND PROGRAMS, ENHANCE RESOURCES, AND ENSURE EQUITABLE ACCESS TO INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY FOR THE FULTON COUNTY AND ATLANTA COMMUNITIES. WITH THE SUPPORT OF OUR DONORS, WE: EXPAND EARLY LITERACY INITIATIVES LIKE STORYTIME PROGRAMS, BOOKS FOR BABIES, SUMMER READING CHALLENGES, AND TUTORING PARTNERSHIPS. INCREASE TECHNOLOGY ACCESS, ENSURING THAT ALL RESIDENTS - REGARDLESS OF INCOME - CAN UTILIZE COMPUTERS (IN THE LIBRARY AND CHECK OUT FOR USE AT HOME), WI-FI, AND DIGITAL LEARNING PLATFORMS. SUPPORT WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS, INCLUDING FREE GED CLASSES AND TESTING, SCHOLARSHIPS FOR CAREER ONLINE HIGH SCHOOL, JOB SEARCH WORKSHOPS, AND SKILLS TRAINING. ENHANCE CULTURAL AND LIFELONG LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH AUTHOR EVENTS, COMMUNITY-WIDE
