WE PROVIDE INFORMATION, TRAINING, AND SUPPORT TO THE EMERGENCY PUBLIC SAFTEY COMMUNICATIONS OFFICALS IN OUR AREA. EACH YEAR WE HOST A LARGE CONFERENCE, EQUIPMENT EXPOSITION, AND TRAINING PROGRAM. WE ALSO AWARD SCHOLARSHIPS TO OUR MEMEBERS TO OBTAIN TRAINING TO BETTER THEMSELVES. OUR ORGANIZATION IS ALSO ON THE FOREFRONT FOR LOCAL AND STATE REGULATIONS FOR OUR INDUSTRY, AND ARE OFTEN CALLED UPON FOR OUR ASSISTANCE AND INPUT WHEN STATES OR LOCALES ARE CRAFTING POLICY AND LEGISLATION.
