Mission Statement

The Atlantic Highland municipal employees association was formed to provide collective bargaining representation to the blue collar employees employed by the borough of Atlantic Highland. The association objective is to promote and protect the interest of blue collar employees of the borough of Atlantic Highland. Their interest are primarily exercised during labor contract negotiations with the borough of Atlantic Highlands.
