TO ESTABLISH, MAINTAIN AND SUPPORT A YOUTH BASEKTBALL PROFGRAM FOR BOYS AND GIRLS LIVING IN AND NEAR AUBURN, MASSACHUSETTS, AND TO CONDUCT SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS IN FURTHERANCE OF THE FOREGOING PURPOSES AS MAY BE CARRIED OUT BY A COPRORATION ORGANIZED UNDER MASSACHUSETTS GENERAL LAWS CHAPTER 180 AND DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501C3 OF THE IRS CODE.
