BY RECLAIMING THE LIVES OF YOUNG ADULTS, AFJ MAKES THE CITY SAFER FOR EVERYONE BY HALTING THE REVOLVING DOOR OF INCARCERATION AND REDUCING RECIDIVISM RATES FOR YOUNG ADULTS.
