IN FURTHERANCE OF SUCH PURPOSES, THE CORPORATION MAY ACQUIRE, IMPROVE, EQUIP, FURNISH, MAINTAIN AND HOLD TITLE TO SUCH REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY AS MAY BE NECESSARY OR CONVENIENT.
