IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION FUNDED BY THE CITIES OF SHREVEPORT AND BOSSIER CITY AS WELL AS THE GREATER BOSSIER ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND THE PARISH (COUNTY) OF CADDO, THE STATE OF LOUISIANA AND BOSSIER PARISH SCHOOLS. BARKSDALE FORWARD ACTS AS AN ADVOCATE FOR BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE ON A LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL LEVEL.
