PETERS HOSPITAL AND PROGRESS WEST HOSPITAL AND IN PARTNERSHIP WITH COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS TO IMPROVE THE OVERALL HEALTH OF ST. CHARLES COUNTY AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES. PROVIDING PREVENTATIVE HEALTH SCREENINGS AND EDUCATION FOR OUR COMMUNITY, HEALING THERAPIES TO OUR PATIENTS WITHIN THE HOSPITALS AND PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR CONTINUED CARE BEYOND OUR HOSPITAL WALLS.
