THROUGH PROFESSIONAL TRAINING CENTERS, YOUNG WOMEN SOLIDIFY PROFESSIONAL SKILLS THEY CAN USE TO LAUNCH INCOME-GENERATING ACTIVITIES AND FIND EMPLOYMENT.
