Mission Statement

BAAHA provides educational, counseling, and administrative services for low to moderate income first time home buyers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area region. Resources and services are mostly organized and delivered through administrative support BAAHA provides to municipalities. BAAHA maintains a website as a clearinghouse for information. BAAHA educates, counsels, and helps fifty to one hundred first time homebuyers directly and also provides information through our clearinghouse to thousands more potential first time homebuyers.
